Effective July 28, 2026 Elm Ridge WCID has initiated Stage 2 Drought Restrictions. Residents may only water their lawns once per week, on their scheduled weekday.

Arrowbrooke & Savannah Watering Schedule:

Commercial or HOA Addresses may only water on FRIDAYS

ODD Addresses may only water on WEDNESDAYS

EVEN Addresses may only water on SUNDAYS

Please note that you may only water your lawn from 10 PM to 6 AM on your scheduled day.

Artesia Watering Schedule:

Commercial or HOA Addresses may only water on TUESDAYS

ODD Addresses may only water on SATURDAYS

EVEN Addresses may only water on THURSDAYS

Please note that you may only water your lawn from 10 PM to 6 AM on your scheduled day.

Please note that these restrictions are put in place by our water providers, Mustang SUD and UTRWD. We kindly ask for your cooperation as we work together to conserve water!

The following restrictions are now in effect:

• No outdoor watering between 10 AM & 6 PM for Artesia and 6AM & 8PM for Savannah and Arrowbrooke
• Watering one day per-week (see above)
• No recreational water use or filling of pools, jacuzzies, etc.
• No car washes or unnecessary use of hoses / faucets
• Establishing new sod or landscaping is prohibited
