- Parking Lot Expansion at ArrowBrooke Park scheduled to begin fall 2025

- Inventory and inspection of Backflow systems
- Creating & implementing CCCP (cross connection control program) to comply with TCEQ.
- Creating preliminary list of road repairs for 2025-2026 fiscal year.
New Administration Building
Update 4/22/2025 - The new building is now officially finished! Elm Ridge WCID and Police Department are now operating out of our new facility, located at 700 Savannah Blvd. The Board is planning a Grand Opening Event on Saturday, August 2nd to welcome residents to our new headquarters. Elm Ridge WCID's new Administration Building is in the heart of Savannah. Construction began in December of 2023. The building holds administrative offices, a new council room with state of the art Audio/Visual equipment, police department training and locker rooms, and more. Below are the renderings of the new building:
