New Administration Building
Update 4/22/2025 - The new building is now officially finished! Elm Ridge WCID and Police Department are now operating out of our new facility, located at 700 Savannah Blvd. The Board is planning a Grand Opening event in the fall to welcome residents to our new headquarters. More information will be shared once available.
Elm Ridge WCID's new Administration Building is in the heart of Savannah. Construction began in December of 2023. The building holds administrative offices, a new council room with state of the art Audio/Visual equipment, police department training and locker rooms, and more. Upper Trinity Enacts Stage 1 Drought Restrictions
Effective immediately, we are moving from mandatory Conservation to Stage 1 Drought Restrictions. All enforcements below and fines will be in effect.
You are allowed to hand water any day before 10 AM or after 6 PM. Soaker hoses are allowed for foundations.
